Darn it!
You may want to look into this. Whenever you post a link, to another message or topic in the forum, and I follow it, and the theme in that message is different than mine, it permanently changes my theme to that one. Every single time! I don't understand why the link isn't displayed in my theme, in the first place??
I must be the only one who experiences this. Either that, or I'm the only one who uses a different theme than the default, so that no one else has ever noticed it. Or is there a setting in my profile/control panel that I need to change?
Regarding that potentially new theme -- I tend to prefer the lighter backgrounds. Among the darker background themes that I've seen, that one would not rank very high for me, if I used a darker background. Although I like the spacing and font sizes and types -- I suppose style issues. But just not the background coloring. There actually is a darker background one that I like quite a lot. I can't remember the name of it, and I can't remember what, but there was just one thing that bugs me about it.
I do see the stars! I'm not a big fan of voting on topics, or other popularity type of rankings in a forum. But that's just me -- I don't have a Facebook or Twitter account, and don't think I've ever even visited either site. And now that the news media reports on entries on these sites, as if they were really news, lol, I don't need to visit them

Well everything may look similar but everything except th DB is brand new.
We did some major server upgrades so I figured it a good time to do everything fresh. I wiped it all and started all new installs of both core and mods.
There are a lot of minor changes...way too many to list. Admin can get an idea from Admin/PackageManager and the admin logs.
Now I can get back to adding new games.

With fresh install of everything including themes, the theme IDs have changed. This wont have any effect for most.
However, since George likes to enter the site using a theme choice in the URL, it will effect him.
George, if still the same, your preferrence is now;

EDIT: BTW Brynn, there are now more light themes loaded.

"...more light themes loaded" And another today called Minamalistic. It still hasn't got everything edited in yet but I think you might just like it. I like it better as light themes go. It took a bit more hacking than usual in order to make it usable at all here. It's now in the changer.
Glad you like the mini-calendar. It's actually functional as it is tied directly to the main calendar. You can even add events via clicking relevant dates on it...a feature available to all members.
